Our Plano-based client is in search for a Systems Administrator to manage applications including Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, Zoom, ZoomInfo, and ConnectAndSell. This is a 1-year contract to hire opportunity requiring 5 days onsite. The System Administrator will be accountable for smooth operations of assigned systems, ensuring up-time, performance, and facilitation of release management.
This position can either sit in Vancouver, WA or Plano, TX.
SALARY OFFERED : Up to $130K depending on candidate experience, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Maintain expert–level familiarity with assigned system's architecture, functionality, and relevant user workflows
Lead efforts to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system outages promptly, including timely communication with impacted groups
Establish, implement, and maintain release management protocols for development or configuration changes
Manage user permissions and system governance
Ensure ongoing, optimized system configuration
Support vendor release management processes, facilitating testing when necessary and communicating with impacted stakeholders
Develop clear and concise guides for common technical support tickets, while handling the escalated or more complex requests
Monitor systems to proactively catch and address inefficiencies or issues
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, technical skills, cloud, system administration and operations
3 years’ experience with systems administration required with preference to applications listed in Job Summary
1-3 years of experience with technical support required
Preferred experience configuring and launching a new technology
Preferred 1-3 years of experience with any : release planning, DevOps administration, Email administration, database administration, quality assurance
