Are you a System Administrator with a strong background in Information Systems and server support? Our Dallas-based client is hiring a System Administrator to manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. This role can be contract-to-hire or direct-hire, working 4 days onsite / 1 day remote.
SALARY OFFERED : Up to $95,000 depending on the candidates' experience, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Perform routine system maintenance, including updates, patches, and backups.
Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and incidents.
Ensure compliance with security policies and standards, and support audits and vulnerability assessments.
Provide tier 1 & 2 support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and access permissions.
Install and configure desktop applications and operating systems.
Create and maintain system documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues for users.
Participate in IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor of Science degree or related field, or equivalent work experience
5 years of hands-on professional experience with server-based technologies Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and above required
and SharePoint.
Proficiency in Entra (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
Experience with Intune for endpoint management and group policy.
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 Workstation systems and above required
Expertise in managing Azure Cloud environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office 365 suite
