Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Interact with client personnel on a range of information.
Required Qualifications :
- 2 years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
The role will be responsible for performing account setup and maintenance updates on merchant accounts. This is including but not limited to updating ABA / DDA information, adding new locations, adding new and updating entitlements, and other general maintenance updates as part of the setup of new merchant accounts. This team is a critical function to the overall department and our merchants as requests cannot be processed without this team. This would impact the merchant from being able to accept credit card payments in turn, preventing client from collecting fees from these contracts due to no transactions being processed. Work will also include completing second level reviews on various tasks performed within the team.
