BCT is searching for an IT Systems Engineer to join our clients’ growing team. The IT Systems Engineer should have proficiency in Azure and Entra, including proper architecture and maintenance, domain migrations, complete domain builds, Active Directory, Exchange (all versions), IIS, DHCP, DNS, SQL, File, and Print server experience. This position requires 4 days onsite and 1 day remote in Dallas.
Salary Offered: $95K depending on candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
- Design, engineer, and deploy new infrastructure solutions and enhancements to existing server, storage, and security systems.
- Design, implement, and administer Active Directory Group Policies and company security policies.
- Design and perform server and security audits, system backups, and other recovery processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Design, configure, and manage Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and user accessibility. This includes developing governance policies, troubleshooting issues, and providing end-user training and support.
- Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improvement or further utilization.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system architecture, integration design, system configuration, and technology roadmaps.
- Provide 24x7 support and problem resolution for infrastructure and operational issues and escalate application issues.
Qualifications:
- BS in Information Technology or a related technical field plus 5 or more years
- of related experience.
- Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of
- computing systems, applications, and related products.
- Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software
- management best practices.
- Deep understanding & working knowledge of IAM, SSO & MFA (Active Directory, Okta).
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft OS, including all flavors of Windows Server and Workstation.
- Strong overall knowledge of data center technologies, including TCP/IP. networking, SANs (Storage Area Networks), backup systems, and data center facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages, such as VB-Script and PowerShell, for data center automation.
