Our goal is to teach and train this individual on business development and client relations so they can learn all about what we have to offer. Our entry level Customer Relations Associate is the face of our brand. The entry level Customer Relations Associate will use their skills of communication, strategy, and adaptability to drive brand awareness and boost customer acquisition. Responsibilities of the entry level Customer Relations Associate include reaching out to existing and potential customers, generating sales leads, building, and maintaining relationships as part of a coordinated sales strategy
What You Will Do As A Customer Relations Associate:
- Arrange meetings with client-generated leads to present possible service options available to customers and close sales
- Utilize a consultative approach with customers to build trust and rapport in order to maintain a positive business relationship
- Collaborate with other entry level Customer Relations Associates to discuss new and advanced sales strategies
- Research and report new territories, creating an analysis of customer demographics and prominent service issues in the area
- Familiarize yourself with up-to-date knowledge of products and services, promotions, pricing, and plans
- Establish relationships with new and existing customers
