Job Overview:
President/CEO is seeking a highly organized and detailed Administrative Assistant to assist in our daily operations.
The position requires working directly with the President/CEO and needs a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join his team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy skills, excellent communication (verbal/written) and ability to multitask effectively. The position requires working with clients, vendors and internal team members.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
- Experience with an industry recognized ticketing system preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.45 - $21.25 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
