Are you a skilled tax professional with strong administrative abilities looking for a dynamic remote role? We are a national accounting firm seeking a detail-oriented tax professional to provide tax preparation, bookkeeping and administrative support to our team and clients.
Position: Full-Time Tax Professional & Administrative Specialist
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST
Location: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely tax preparation and bookkeeping services, including account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling, client communication, and processing of mail from all office branches
- Assist in transitioning client accounts and ongoing project coordination
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Proven experience in tax preparation and bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
