Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs under the direction of nursing staff
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Perform basic medical procedures such as catheter care and medication administration
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or senior care facility
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a Nursing Assistant training program
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems is a plus
- Experience working with patients in specialized areas such as PICU, memory care, or hospital medicine
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate attitude towards patients, especially those with developmental disabilities
