Job Responsibilities for Recruiters & Sr. Recruiters Role :
End-to-End US recruitment processRecruitment on contract and permanent positionsResourcing through job portals such as Dice.com, Monster.com, CareerBuilder, and Techfetch.comUtilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals, along with various Internet sourcing techniquesRegular follow-up with internal business teams and external IT vendorsInterview scheduling and communication with candidatesResponsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, checking references, and updating job boardsUnderstanding job requirements and providing a pool of candidates within specified deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be internet savvy and aware of various IT technologiesManage a team of 5 to 10 Recruiters and ensure that the team meets expected metrics on a weekly and monthly basisHands-on with the recruitment function and able to spend 40% of time on recruitingMaintain quality of submissionsDashboard & report creation for the team on a weekly and monthly basisKnowledge or understanding of both commercial and federal / state businessAccount Manager / Business Development :
Responsible for getting new leads / requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relationsMust have excellent communication skillsGenerate requirements from new and existing clients through cold callingUnderstand the requirements and client's needs, and shortlist suitable candidates based on technological skills, rates, and location preferencesNegotiate rates with clients and candidatesMake timely submissions and provide all necessary information to the client for making end-client submissionsFollow up with clients on the progress of submittalsOrient candidates for interviewsShould be well-versed in IT concepts and technologiesAbility to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environmentDrive the full recruitment life-cycle process to support client's hiring needs in a time-sensitive and high-volume environmentKnowledge of Internet-based recruitment tools (i.e. : DICE, Monster, Corp-Corp, W2, 1099, etc.)Initial technical screening and identifying candidate fitment against requirementsMaintain a quality database of active and passive job seekersWillingness to learn and a go-getter attitudePlease provide the following details along with your updated resume :
