Solderer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in soldering and assembly work, particularly in the electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and work orders
• Solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Inspect and test completed products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Use hand tools and equipment such as ohmmeters for testing
• Assemble parts according to specifications
• Understand and follow technical schematics
• Utilize surface mount technology (SMT) techniques
• Adhere to IPC 610 standards for soldering

Experience

• Prior experience in soldering, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with electrical wiring and mechanical knowledge
• Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly tasks
• Knowledge of machining processes is a plus

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
