Typical Day in the Role
- Purpose of the Team: This team is part of the executive communications team for the President of the small, medium, and corporate sales organization. Their primary responsibilities include managing executive engagement, internal and external keynotes, meetings and presentations with customers and partners, social media for the executive, and internal communications. They also set the guidance and structure for communication specialists representing each of the regional executives under the President.
- Key projects: This role will contribute to drafting and reviewing content, leading the QA process, assisting with program management, managing information on SharePoint.
- Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 1) meetings, weekly cadences for team projects, writing blitzes, and leading the QA process for drafted content 2) content management, managing and maintaining documentation on the team’s writing style, ensuring adherence to MSFT and team-specific style guides 3) publications, publishing content on internal social sites like Viva Engage and the organization’s SharePoint site 4) SharePoint management, assisting with content creation, governance, archiving old content, etc. 5) Proofreading and editing 6) writing and storyboarding, supporting ad hoc projects, writing content and creating storyboards for videos and other media.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring timely, creative and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content and information
- Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging
- Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
- Works closely with Client's Product corporate sales team to write and finalize monthly and annual press release.
