Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team. The Intake Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient intake process for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the intake process for new clients, including gathering necessary information and documentation
  • Input client data into the system accurately and efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and healthcare providers
  • Assist with medical billing and insurance verification processes
  • Maintain organized files and records
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and computerized systems
  • Experience with medical scheduling and medical collection procedures
  • Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and regulations
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Familiarity with eClinicalWorks software is advantageous

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.04 - $21.25 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

Benefits:

  • Tuition reimbursement

  • 3x12
  • Day shift

License/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Philadelphia, PA 19136 (Required)
