Responsibilities
- Coordinate the intake process for new clients, including gathering necessary information and documentation
- Input client data into the system accurately and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and healthcare providers
- Assist with medical billing and insurance verification processes
- Maintain organized files and records
- Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and computerized systems
- Experience with medical scheduling and medical collection procedures
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and regulations
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks software is advantageous
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.04 - $21.25 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
