Responsibilities
- Collect and document patient information accurately
- Coordinate patient intake and scheduling appointments
- File and maintain medical records in an organized manner
- Assist with medical billing and insurance verification processes
- Conduct administrative tasks to support the intake process
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar software for data entry and record keeping
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide necessary information
Requirements
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Experience with medical scheduling and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and medical collections processes
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks software is preferred
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.04 per hour
