Title: Litify Legal eBilling Business Analyst

Job Description:
Key responsibility
o Collaborate with Legal business team to gather requirements.
o Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.
o Document requirements by creating use cases, user stories, Business Requirement Document (BRD), class diagram, Entity-Relationship (ER) diagram, and sequence diagrams.
o Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage
o Gather and analyze technical and functional information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality
o Assist with project management for selected projects. Update Wrike tasks and generate weekly and monthly reports for management.
o Integrate user-friendly content in illustrations, graphs, and infographics for enhanced user experience.
o Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.
o Create in-depth user guides, FAQs, technical overviews, and in-product help documentation.
o Test both the product and its documentation for accuracy and consistency.
o Test business processes and recommend improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
o Bachelor s degree in relevant technical field.
o 2 years of experience in Litify ELM
o 10 years of industry experience i legal domain knowledge especially with Legal Tech platform
o 10 years of experience in eBilling and Matter management
o Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
o Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
o Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
o Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
Preferred Qualifications
o Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
o Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
o Previous software development experience
o Certification through the Society for Technical Communicators
o Experience using XML tools to create documentation.
