Job Description
Seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Financials Developer to join Information Technology Department. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and implement modifications to PeopleSoft Human Capital Management and Finance modules, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various city departments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical resource for PeopleSoft incidents and service requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for PeopleSoft application modifications.
- Develop customizations, integrations, and enhancements within the PeopleSoft environment.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Write clean, efficient code adhering to best practices.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure performance and functionality.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft.
- Experience with PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or enterprise-level application development.
Preferred:
- Certification in PeopleSoft application development or related technologies.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid User Interface.
