We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and resourceful Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a high-profile individual in the entertainment industry. This is not your typical corporate role – it requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often humorous environment. The ideal candidate is quick-witted, highly professional but not overly formal, and comfortable with quirky conversations and a comedic setting. You must be willing to travel extensively, including extended periods on a tour bus (potentially months at a time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the principal, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel logistics (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, etc.).
- Act as a liaison between the principal and various teams, including agents, managers, publicists, business managers, and production staff.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Coordinate event planning, reservations, and guest accommodations for social and professional engagements.
- Manage personal errands, shopping, and household coordination when needed.
- Assist with email correspondence, call screening, and document organization.
- Provide on-the-go support while traveling, including ensuring all necessary items are packed and available.
- Be prepared for last-minute changes, high-pressure situations, and unconventional work hours.
- Maintain a sense of humor and be adaptable to an environment that is anything but traditional.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably within entertainment, media, or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively, including extended periods on a tour bus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve proactively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a non-corporate, humorous, and often unpredictable environment.
- Ability to remain professional yet flexible in both high-energy and laid-back settings.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A valid driver’s license and passport with the ability to travel internationally if required.
- Must be comfortable with long hours, late nights, and working in a high-energy, on-the-move setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with comedians, musicians, or other touring entertainment professionals.
- Prior experience in a touring or road management role is a plus.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
