Description
Location: Fully onsite in Irving, TX 75063
Term: 12 months Contract
Requirements:
3 years of Product Management experience working for large enterprise companies
Experience identifying and tracking KPIs
Experience in defining product strategy, developing, launching, and enhancing products and services that drive business forward
Ideal candidate is a highly organized individual, self-starter with a passion for user experience and building impactful and meaningful experiences.
Develop a deep understanding and empathy for our stores and use this knowledge to identify and solve problems
Experience in conducting and analyzing feedback from stakeholders, market research, customer research, usability testing, and doing UAT to ensure teams are designing the correct solutions.
Partner with software engineers to ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision and suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users.
Produce and review product requirements documents, wireframes, prototypes and write specifications for new features and changes.
Develop learning plan and measure feature success.
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
A doer who builds trust within teams and creates excitement about the challenges we plan to tackle.
