We are looking for individuals to join a team in Pataskala as a Hardscape Crew Leader. This is a mission-driven and values-based company.
The Hardscape Crew Leader is responsible for operating a crew that installs a variety of hardscaping and landscaping projects, such as paver patios, fire pits, sitting walls, retaining walls, etc.
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Prior landscaping and hardscaping experience is preferred but not required.
- Crew Leadership--preferred
- Able to work assigned schedule. Typical work hours are Monday - Friday (7:30am until completion of work) Full-time during season (March-November); Winter guarantees at least 32 hours per week.
