A well established and reputable Springfield, OH area landscaping company is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Hardscape Installer to create high-end residential patios and hardscape features. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in hardscape construction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor kitchens.
- Coordinate and supervise hardscape crew members, ensuring efficient and quality
- workmanship.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Order materials and equipment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardscape construction.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to operate various hardscape equipment and tools.
- Strong knowledge of hardscape materials and construction techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Experience in landscape lighting and irrigation installation is a plus.
Compensation:
- Pay range - $28- $32 per hour
- Bilingual (Spanish/ English) pay incentives up to $3 per hour
