Responsibilities
- Made decisions that positively impact bottom line
- Collaborate with sales department and office to assure efficient and effective operation
- Oversee 6-8 landscaping crews
- Lead effective weekly safety tailgate meetings
- Manage inventory and material acquisition
- And other responsibilities as necessary
Requirements
- 10 years in the landscaping industry--preferred
- 5 years in leadership--preferred
- Assertive leadership
- Spray license or able to obtain after hire
- Driver's license (commercial license preferred, or ability to obtain after hire)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)--preferred
- Relevant plant and tree knowledge--preferred
- Irrigation knowledge--preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (excel proficiency preferred)
- Able to operate landscape vehicles and equipment
Compensation
- Annual salary $80,000 - $90,000
