Job Description:

As a salesperson at Business Resources One, you will play a vital role in driving business development and revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include calling on property managers, apartment complexes, and other commercial landscaping buyers, as well as meeting with prospects and clients to understand their needs.

You will prepare estimates and proposals, present them to prospects or clients, and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Additionally, you will represent the company in a professional manner and be willing to work at our office in Oak Park, MI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to handle rejection and make cold calls using the phone and email. Previous B2B sales experience is preferred, as well as knowledge of commonly used local plants, trees, and landscape materials.

Able and willing to work at our office, you should have basic computer and technology use ability. Strong knowledge of common landscaping practices and procedures is also preferred.
