Responsibilities
- Target active and passive candidates to fill positions for multiple clients
- Conduct candidate interviews
- Present qualified candidates to clients
- Coordinate client-candidate interviews
- Communicate effectively with clients, acting as primary point of contact
- Deliver excellent client and candidate experience
- Maintain updated records in ATS
- Other tasks and duties as required to support the team

Compensation
- $41,600 - $46,800 commission
- Health, dental, optical, and life insurance available on day-1
- 401(k) with matching available on day-1
