Staffing Specialist

Position Overview:

Titan Talent is partnering with a growing organization to find a highly organized and proactive Staffing Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
• Manage the hiring process, including posting positions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Ensure candidates receive a smooth and engaging recruitment experience.
• Promote internal job opportunities and assist current team members through the application process.
• Collaborate on strategies to encourage employee referrals and develop pathways for internal mobility.
• Support training efforts to enhance team skills and career progression.
• Use multiple recruitment channels, including online platforms and partnerships with community organizations, to attract diverse talent.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and networking events to build connections with potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (familiarity with UKG is a plus).
• Oversee the preparation of offer letters, background checks, and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Track key hiring metrics and provide data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies.
• Serve as a resource to managers by providing hiring guidance and sharing recruitment best practices.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates, ensuring they are informed at every stage of the process.
• Ensure recruitment practices adhere to all employment laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on trends and innovations in talent acquisition to keep strategies competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing coordination, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of internal and external recruitment techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems (experience with UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-energy setting.
