As a Client Service Trainee, you are laying the groundwork for our clients to expand their market share by acquiring new auto glass accounts and establishing long-lasting relationships with them. Responsibilities of a Client Service Trainee include:
- Identify decision-makers within our client’s targeted outreach system and initiate the sales process based on consumer preferences and parameters given
- Act as a direct liaison between our clients and customer base to begin, establish, and maintain life-long relationships with both
- Serve as a subject matter expert for our clients and act as a resource across the entry-level Client Service team to help foster a collaborative and professional work environment
- Deliver unparalleled customer service to our customers and results to our clients by upholding the standards of innovation and execution of daily responsibilities
- Assist in the retention of customers by establishing a relationship, managing the customer account, and overseeing it to product/service installation
- Assist upper-level Management by providing detailed reports measuring sales performance and examining customer acquisition targets

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
