Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented B2B Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting engaging content and persuasive copy tailored for B2B audiences. You will play a crucial role in executing content initiatives and collaborating closely with the leadership and sales team to ensure alignment with overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content & Design Creation: Develop high-quality written content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy, while also designing digital assets such as infographics, slide decks, and social media graphics.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for marketing materials, advertisements, and landing pages to drive conversions and engagement.
- Collaboration with Sales & Leadership: Work closely with the sales and leadership teams to create cohesive and effective content that aligns with marketing goals and business objectives.
- Market Research Support: Assist in researching industry trends, audience needs, and competitive landscape to inform content development.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content and designs align with our brand voice, messaging, and guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input to shape content strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in B2B content creation and copywriting, preferably within the professional services or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey and sales funnel.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience collaborating with internal & external teams to produce cohesive content.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and similar tools.
- Strong copywriting skills tailored for B2B audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Webflow) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in B2B marketing.
