- Prepare, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to documents and information.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking, including processing invoices and purchase orders.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring all resources are adequately stocked and organized.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up workstations and providing necessary training materials.
