What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaping/Hardscaping Crew Member position at Busy B Lawn & Land?
Job Duties Include but are not limited to::
- Install beautiful landscape designs, irrigation systems, sod, drainage, patios, retaining walls, shrubs and trees, patios, walkways, operate light and heavy equipment
- Perform lawn care maintenance duties such as bed maintenance, spring and fall clean-ups, trimming, and pruning
- Operate a variety of mechanical equipment used in landscape and hardscape installations
- Perform landscape enhancement activities such as mulch application, plantings, and top soil application
Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Safely operate landscaping equipment
- Previous experience as an equipment operator, preferred but not required
- Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime
Pay depends on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
