Busy Plastic Surgery Office is seeking a high-energy, multi-tasking - team player to add to our team! This is a full time positions. Must be professional in appearance and have outstanding communication skills. Applicants will need a strong background in customer service. As a front desk concierge, you will be the ambassador of our company’s first impressions on our patients. It is your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming guests, and help them with any appropriate information that they need while maintaining high level of company confidentiality. You will be professionally answering phone calls in a polite tone, helping answer patient questions, and re-directing calls to respective departments. Also, as the front desk, you will perform various front desk duties including filing, handling and re-directing mail, scanning, and other administrative and computer work, assuming administrative authority for your responsibilities. You will also be assisting with marketing duties and social media.
MUST HAVE ONE YEAR MINIMUM OF MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE
