- Handle any requests, order, and complaints from customers
- Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
- Providing accurate directions to delivery facilities
- Dispatch drivers to deliveries
- Responsible for accurately keeping required records
- Communicate with customers if deliveries are going to be late
- Other administrative projects and duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of dispatching or logistics experience
- Industry knowledge preferred
- Advanced interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication
- Advanced computer skills: typing, scanning, etc
- Able to multitasks in a high pace environment
- Excellent communication skills
