What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare ingredients and complete station setup for service.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the kitchen and walk-in cooler.
- Follow recipes and menu builds with consistency while maintaining the standards of the kitchen.
- Cook and plate dishes to order.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling best practices.
- Support the team with daily kitchen operations and closing duties.
What We’re Looking For:
- Cooks that are available to work days, weekends, and holidays (Closed for holidays throughout the year).
- Knife skills and understanding of cooking fundamentals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
- Comfortable with standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. when needed.
- People that are respectful of those around them and the environment in which they work.
