The High School Principal will be responsible for providing academic leadership and guidance to our faculty and staff, as well as developing and implementing effective strategies to improve student outcomes and close the achievement gap.

• Developing and implementing effective assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure student progress and success.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with faculty, staff, and parents to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
• Providing coaching and mentoring to teachers and coaches to help them achieve high performance and develop their skills and expertise.
• Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth among faculty and staff.
