Call Center Representative
We serve all of North America, including Canada. Our customer base are end users of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect customers with dealers for sales or service
- Provide warranty information and product comparisons
- Facilitate dealer referrals to distributors
- Act as a switchboard for the company, referring customers to the appropriate department
- Triage customer complaints and escalate to Tier 2 representatives when necessary
- Handle remote access or Wi-Fi capable products such as thermostats
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Type at a speed of 35-45 words per minute
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
