Job Description
Supports human resources management performing routine administrative duties : placing, receiving and routing telephone calls; receiving and directing visitors, typing, filing, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering and maintaining supplies, and providing backup coverage to other administrative desks.
General Responsibilities :
Assisting Employees at HR desk
Advising and assisting employees with leave details
HR Office Support
Education and Experience :
Associates degree mandatory
At least 2-5 years of experience
Qualifications :
Strong customer service mindset
Experience using Excel and HRIS systems (i.e. Workday)
Leave administration experience
