SALARY: $52,612.50 - $56,959.50 based upon education and experience
WORK YEAR: Full Time - 230 Days

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Eligibility Coordinator will implement and monitor eligibility, recruitment, selection and enrollment and of all Head Start/Early Head Start, and ECE. The Eligibility Coordinator will maintain compliance with Head Start Standards and Ohio standards. This position assists and implements trainings and events for staff, parents and volunteers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in social work, family services or related field.
Three (3) to five (5) years related experience.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
One (1) year experience in supervision preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with diverse populations, communities and organizations.
Able to use technology to effectively manage data and information.
Able to use a variety of communication methods to build relationships.
Good organizational skills.
History of excellent job attendance.
Must pass criminal background check, and be free from communicable diseases.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Salary and work year as established by the Governing Board. The employee shall remain free of any alcohol or non - prescribed controlled substance use in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the District.

Performance of this position will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Support Personnel.
