What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Leader position at Butler County Juvenile Court?
7 workdays per 2-week pay period / (6)12-hr shifts, (1)8-hr shift
EVERY OTHER WEEKEND OFF!
DISTINGUISHING JOB CHARACTERISTICS
Working directly with youth who are placed at the Juvenile Detention Center, a 42-bed temporary holding facility for juveniles who have been charged with offenses and are in need of secure placement pending their case action.
We are looking for people who want to make a difference in the lives of young men and women through positive leadership!
Other tasks as directed by supervisory staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma with correctional experience or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience
Age 21 or older
Ability to apply physical response when critical incident requires
Satisfactory criminal/traffic background checks
Valid Ohio driver’s license and properly insured to operate a motor vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $21.75 per hour
