This group handles state and federal appellate proceedings and provides trial and litigation support. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of prior appellate experience, either at a law firm or as a judicial law clerk. The candidate must :
- have excellent writing and analytical skills;
- possess great time-management and communication skills;
- enjoy working in a team-oriented environment;
- be detail oriented;
- be able to handle numerous projects at once in a wide variety of cases, some on an emergency basis; and
- have verifiable relevant work experience.
