Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at our Tampa, FL office. The Associate Attorney will handle day-to-day responsibilities including providing legal advice, conducting research, practicing labor and employment law, and negotiating on behalf of clients. The attorney will also manage case files, attend court hearings, and collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
Base salary plus Compensation and bonus opportunity based upon performance and results.
Qualifications
- 2 years of civil litigation experience, including taking depositions
- Law and Labor and Employment Law skills helpful but not required
- Experience in providing Legal Advice and conducting Research

- Proficiency in Negotiation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Florida
- Ability to work independently

- Available to start within 2 weeks of acceptance of position.
