Human Resource Partner | Butterball Farms | Grand Rapids, MI

Location: Onsite, Grand Rapids, MI What You’ll Do:
· Own and process payroll from start to finish
· Manage employee benefits in partnership with our broker
· Partner with leaders to guide employee engagement, development, and policy adherence
· Support all shifts with occasional second/third shift flexibility
What You Bring:
· 3 years payroll & benefits experience, 2 years broader HR experience
· Strong knowledge of employment law, HRIS/payroll systems, and compliance
· HR degree and/or certification preferred
· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
