BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)
Butterfly Effects is a center-based organization in Fresno, CA, led by BCBAs with Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD., BCBA-D, as our President and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA, as our Vice President of Clinical Services and Practice Development.

What would you be doing?
You will report to a Regional or Assistant Regional Director and play a key role in achieving the highest possible treatment outcomes for families affected by ASD. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, the BCBA designs and manages individualized behavior programming, including :
managing RBTs / BTs,
supervising direct 1 : 1 ABA service delivery,
conducting behavior assessments,
individualizing client treatment goals and objectives,
conveying monthly caregiver training,
coordinating with other professionals on clients' treatment teams.
What do you bring to the role?
You must have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field,
BCBA certification from the BACB, and experience that may require additional guidance through our BCBA mentorship program.
