Job Summary:
We are seeking nurturing individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for children, while fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a passion for early childhood education, exceptional classroom management skills, and the ability to provide individualized attention to each student.
Duties:
- Support and implement a curriculum that aligns with the needs and abilities of toddler age group.
- Support a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
- Help to establish routines and procedures for daily activities, including circle time, snack time, and outdoor play
- Use various teaching methods, such as songs, games, and storytelling, to engage children and promote learning
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students with varying needs
- Manage classroom behavior and develop strategies to address behavioral challenges
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and progress
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education
Requirements:
- Preferred experience working with children, preferably in a toddler or childcare setting
- Experience in nannying or babysitting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Experience:
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
