Responsibilities :

Goal of the Director, Operations Program Management at Butterfly is to maximize productivity and minimize costs while producing goods of the highest quality.

Drive COGM improvements
Manage component inventory (internal and external)
Optimize production schedule
Production performance reporting (metrics and scorecard)
Production issue and resolution communication
Non medical accessory management
Support other teams when and where necessary

Qualifications

Baseline skills / experiences / attributes :

Minimum 10 years of working experience in supply chain management environments.

Technical proficiency - deep understanding of product development and manufacturing.

Problem solving skills - ability to to identify, analyze, and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, using data, logic, and creativity.

Team player and influencer - ability to influence others inside and outside the organization.

Communication skills - you need to be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and respectfully, using verbal, written, and non-verbal cues.

Location

At Butterfly we offer a hybrid work environment. For most employees, this means part time in the office (two or more days a week). Based on functional responsibilities and equipment needs, certain roles will require full time on-site support, and select roles will be eligible to be remote.

This position is eligible for hybrid that can be based in Burlington, MA or New York City, NY or fully remote.
