Duties
- Team Lead will oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory.
- Operate the kitchen in a professional, sanitary and efficient manner, assuring quality in all baked goods produced.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operate cash registers and manage financial transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Train and supervise staff, providing guidance to enhance their performance and development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both employees and customers.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in basic math required for inventory control and production.
- Experience in food service is a plus.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems a plus.
- Must be willing to take and pass the Food Manager Course after 90 days of employment.
