Production Team Member Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals who can contribute to our production process as a Production Team Member on our 1st or 2nd Shift.
Main Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain production machinery to ensure products meet high standards.
- Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure consistency and quality.
- Move raw materials and finished products in and out of the production area, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Keep work areas clean and equipment in good working order to meet safety and quality standards.
- Accurately document production activities and any adjustments made, ensuring full traceability.
Requirements
- Strong reading, writing, and math skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
- A keen eye for quality and commitment to meeting company and regulatory standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where meeting production deadlines is crucial.
