About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Director who will be responsible for new business and revenue generation, developing and implementing short and long-term business growth and opportunities, and supporting members in finding products, solutions, and services that best meet their needs. This role focuses on building relationships with distributor partners and specializing in new account development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end sales process for large strategic accounts, focusing on multi-unit operators and high-volume prospects.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth within key accounts, working closely with internal teams across Buyers Edge Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, operations, and marketing, to deliver comprehensive solutions for prospective clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
- Presentation and communication of Source1's value proposition, leveraging data-driven insights to demonstrate cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and early success in program adoption.
- Monitor and manage account reporting, ensuring proper alignment with contracted agreements and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Work closely with internal brands within Buyers Edge Platform to enhance deal structures and maximize program adoption.
- Track sales performance and key metrics, continuously refining strategies to improve deal conversion and account retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- Experience negotiating terms and preparing sales agreements.
