This position is ideally hybrid based out of our New London, CT office but can also be remotely based. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
The Rebate Analyst I will be responsible for, but not limited to, processing and billing rebates for various customers using our proprietary software. As a part of the Rebates team, this employee will utilize scrupulous attention to detail to ensure rebates are accurately loaded and processed.
Your impact:
- Own the monthly rebate billing process for specific manufacturers including:
- creating and maintaining accurate rebate records.
- aligning customers based on eligibility requirements.
- coordinating with the Finance Team.
- Field questions internally and externally regarding rebate matters
- Investigate and reconcile rebate short pays
- Create rebate reports for use by the Finance Team
About you:
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Nested If Statements, PivotTables, XLookups, Macros, etc.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience with data manipulation tools is a plus
