Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct all assigned manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced efficiently while meeting quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
- Develop and implement process improvements, driving a culture of continuous improvement and holding teams accountable for defined expectations.
- Evaluate product/process improvements for the business, establishing KPIs with clear goals and targets for production functions.

Requirements
