Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) Implementation to lead critical projects within the internal services and HR consulting domain. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance, private implementations, and acquisition-related projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and lead SOX implementation projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and deadlines.
- Identify and manage interaction points across various departments to streamline SOX-related activities.
- Oversee acquisition-related activities and integrate SOX compliance requirements effectively.
- Implement private compliance frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
