This is a full-time, remote role with travel to other Government or Contractor facilities as required. The average workday is 8 hours and the window in which those 8 hours may be scheduled is between 6:00am hours and 6:00pm hours eastern time, Monday through Friday except for Government Holidays with the core hours (9am to 3pm) being covered.
As an Accessibility Testing Specialist, you will focus on ensuring that applications and systems meet accessibility requirements and deliver a high level of performance. The specialist will also travel to government or contractor sites as necessary.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
Export Control Compliance:
This position requires compliance with Export Control regulations. As a result, only "U.S. Persons," as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15, will be eligible. A "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, manage, and support application and batch operations across multiple environments.
- Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and efficiency of applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to applications and batch operations.
- Utilize monitoring tools to track application and infrastructure performance.
- Analyze issues, define problems, gather requirements, and develop solutions for data fixes.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to maintain a high level of application operations
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
- 3 years of equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5 years of experience in information systems design.
- 3 years of experience as an Application Operations Engineer on large-scale distributed applications, with strong knowledge of computer technologies.
