Social Media Account Executive
Job Summary
We’re seeking a Social Media Account Executive with expertise managing paid social media campaigns to join our team. If you’re an expert in crafting, executing, and optimizing paid social media content, especially in the healthcare or education sectors (or both!), this is the perfect role for you.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients, driving innovative solutions that meet objectives and exceed expectations.
Core Responsibilities:
Client & Account Leadership
- Serve as the go-to expert on paid social media for assigned accounts, ensuring campaigns align with client goals and industry best practices.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with clients, clearly articulating project goals, updates, and results.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.
Paid Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop, implement, and manage integrated paid social media campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest & X.
- Take a hands-on role in paid social media planning, vendor coordination, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and performance optimization.
- Utilize social listening and analytics tools to track campaign performance, uncover insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay on top of emerging trends and platform updates to keep campaigns innovative and impactful.
Project & Team Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with our team of paid social buyers, ensuring accurate placement of ads across platforms.
- Partner with internal creative, strategy, and analytics teams to produce content tailored for paid social platforms.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on strategy.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and pitch new ideas that align with client objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 3 years managing paid social media campaigns, ideally in either an agency setting or within the education or healthcare industry.
- Platforms: Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social media ad platforms. Experience with TikTok and YouTube is a plus.
- Tools: Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Passion: A love for social media trends and finding innovative ways to solve client challenges.
