- Execute the BVLGARI Selling Ceremony, tailoring the approach to each client’s lifestyle and preferences.
- Share the rich heritage, craftsmanship, and stories behind BVLGARI’s creations.
- Drive high-value sales through client engagement and exclusive in-store experiences.
- Consistently exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
- Build and maintain a loyal high-net-worth clientele, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Use CRM tools to manage outreach, follow-ups, and special milestones.
- Host and support private client events and luxury activations.
- Cultivate referrals and organic client growth through exceptional service.

Who You Are
- 3 years in luxury retail, ideally within fine jewelry or timepieces.
- Proven success in client development, high-ticket sales, and storytelling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident and polished.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in CRM platforms and digital clienteling tools.
- Mandarin fluency strongly preferred; additional language skills a plus
